You’ll have: 

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering
• 2+ years of relevant aviation experience
• Strong knowledge of low‑speed and high‑speed aircraft performance
• Experience with aircraft performance tools (OPT, Flysmart, Guru2) and OEM performance software
• Understanding of CASR Part 121 and CAO 100.7 weight control regulations
• Proficiency in Golang and Python to automate calculations and develop analytical tools
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to operate effectively in a risk‑managed, time‑critical operational environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple operational stakeholders
• Experience in aircraft weight control, loading schedules and weight/CG management (desirable)
• A team‑focused mindset with the ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement
